Building a business while raising babies is hard, but systems changed my life, and I’m sharing how.
I want to help you take back control of your time. Because your schedule should serve you, not stress you out.
I don’t want you to spend another day dreading your to-do list as you grab your 3rd cup of coffee and rush around to get everything done on time. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and to wonder if you’re even cut out to be an entrepreneur and mama because you’re struggling to keep up with the management of it all. I know, because I’ve been there too.
Over the past decade, I waved goodbye to corporate retail, built the business of my dreams (lifestyle brand Fig & Willow), and added 3 littles to my family. Phew!
It hasn’t always been easy, but taking the guesswork out of my day-to-day has been life-changing. Along the way (and mostly out of necessity), I’ve figured out systems and processes to eliminate tasks, do things efficiently, and make things easier for everyone. And implementing these tools into my daily routines has given me so much freedom in how I spend my time.
Now, I want to share my battle-tested (read: little tested) systems and processes with time-crunched mamas like you to help you get the most out of your day, find time to chase your personal passions, and build the future of your dreams! I’m rooting for you!
